5. Change of Make-up and Maintenance Care

Limited Makeup style will be re-applied based on the product picture attached in sales page.

Customs makeup is NOT possible.

A/S service is available for slight scratch, fading of colour after age, re-attachment of eye lashes and other works of similar damage level.

However, please note that A/S service is NOT possible if entire limited makeup style needs to be restored and or reapplied.

A/S service fee will be applied after consulting with makeup artists and only if service possibility is confirmed by the artist.

Please handle makeup head with care as A/S service may not be possible at all times.
